Why Dragon Well?

"Dragon Well" is the translation of the name of one of my favourite Green Teas; Longjing. There are a number of variations, with the most common being Xi Hu Longjing which is absolutely fantastic; light, subtle and refreshing, yet with a full rich, slightly nutty flavour.
